Our clients appreciate that we are based in WA, so are in the same time zone making phone contact so much easier, we will meet face-to-face in their home, workplace, our office or a café to go through plan management, our portal and answer any questions they may have – this eliminates confusion and stress from Day 1!
Meet Our Team
Nikki has an academic background in nutrition and early education. She joined us from the early education sector, where she worked for 18 years, most recently with not-for-profit Ngala. She has worked in project management; developing relationships, supporting best practice, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure outcomes were met. Nikki has an adult brother with Down syndrome, who she helps to support. She is passionate about improving the life of participants, and always strives to do her best for each one.

Louise joined us with 7 years of experience in the disability sector, primarily supporting children with developmental delays and people of all ages with Autism. Louise has a background in Support Coordination and qualifications in accounting. Her caring nature sees her take great pride in supporting the team and our wonderful clients. Louise enjoys a challenge and is passionate about helping and empowering others to achieve their goals.

Felicity has a background in health insurance and is a natural problem solver. She states her core values as empathy, resilience, and striving for exceptional client service. She is committed to supporting her clients through developing a holistic understanding of their individual needs. She enhances the team's culture daily with her positive outlook and supportive communication style. Felicity is recognised for being calm and patient when assisting people under stressful circumstances. Outside of work Felicity enjoys activities that embrace mindfulness, the beach, spending time with family and channelling her artistic side by designing chalkboard menus at cafes around Perth.

Kelly’s academic background in social work and justice, coupled with her previous professional roles within family welfare, government statutory and commercial business makes her a great fit for her role at Your Choice Disability Plan Management. Kelly’s strives to foster an authentic and collaborative relationship with both clients and providers. She improves the experiences of those around her through understanding, empathy and kindness. Kelly is passionate about helping families and individuals live a full and quality life. Outside of work Kelly is a busy mum who enjoys doing fun stuff with her children.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance). His keen interest is assisting others to get the best out of themselves through conversation. He comes from an insurance call centre background. He has lived experience assisting a person with a disability, with his younger brother having Down syndrome. He was educated alongside students with Autism and is naturally empathetic. Outside of work, Matthew is a keen sportsman, playing hockey, floorball, indoor cricket, and golf and can occasionally be seen gigging around Perth.
