Your Choice Disability Plan Management was conceived in 2020 but the journey started well before that. Founders Kathryn & Evan Salt are the parents of three fine young men, the youngest being an NDIS participant. Evan’s background in financial advising and management consulting, mixed with Kathryn’s background in education, NDIS Local Area Coordinator and Early Childhood Early Intervention practitioner, were the perfect mix of skills and lived experience to commence an NDIS plan management business, focusing entirely on Western Australian NDIS participants.
